PURCHASE

You may simply need to fill in a Form on our website which is at the Home Page being displayed as ‘Request a Quote’. In this Form you may need to give us the particulars of the machine you need. Also you can give us details of your Work Pieces / Job which you would like to perform on the machine, based on which we will suggest you the most appropriate machine required for your job. Also provide information regarding the Procurement time of the machine as we could suggest you machines from our Stock to fulfill an Urgent need perhaps if it’s there.

Our website does not show product pricing because we do not sell directly to the public. Only our Distributors carry pricing information.

  The purchasing process is very simple:
1)       Send a contact mail informing the Products you are concerned / interested about. (It's very important to fill up all compulsory fields enabling us to understand your needs completely.)
2)       Next you will receive an offer with the quotation for the different machines or tooling we manufacture at the INCOTERM you have requested.

  EXWORKS: At our facilities we keep the goods / tools ready for the buyer's disposal for collection from our facilities. The purchaser organizes / arranges everything from transport to insurance.   FOB (Free on Board):Bajaj Machines will Co-ordinate with transport company and send the goods up to the vessel indicated by the buyer. Our Port is New Delhi – TKD.   CFR (Cost and Freight):BMI runs with transport of the goods up to the destination seaport agreed by the customer. Insurance, Final Delivery upto Destination is in Consignee / Customers Scope.   CIF (Cost Insurance Freight):Bajaj Machines will run with all expenses, including shipment and insurance until the goods are at the destination seaport. Although the insurance will be at BMI’s cost, the beneficiary will be the purchaser. The INCOTERM CIF is one of the most commonly used in international commerce since the conditions of a CIF price are the ones that indicate the imports value at customs. 3)       If you (Client) agree with the quotation, please send us an email confirming the offer along with your technically cleared Purchase Order. On the receipt of the same, we will send you a Proforma Invoice with our Bank Details for the Advance Remittance or for Opening L/C at sight. 4)       On the acknowledgment of your Advance Down Payment we will take your Ordered machines in our Production Schedule in order to give you the delivery for the same within Stipulated delivery time. 5)       Once the goods are complete, we will send you an intimation after which you can plan a Pre – Dispatch Inspection at our works which perhaps is not necessary though, as all our machines are thoroughly trialed, checked with all parameters and run in our Factory for 10 hrs prior to Dispatch. We make sure on the Quality and workmanship before the product leaves our factory. 6)       The next stage is Balance Payment Remittance by bank transfer or L/C. On the receipt of your payment we will then proceed with the dispatch according to the Terms and Conditions of the PO: EXWORKS, FOB, CFR or CIF. 7)       Once the goods are shipped, we will proceed to mail you all the required documents (such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Pre-Dispatch Inspection Report, Delivery Notes, B/L, Insurance etc. for the customs clearance) through DHL or UPS or FEDEX. 8)    Contact between BMI and the customer will be constant until you receive the machines at your facilities safe and sound.

You can send the Payments in Form of TT / VISA / MASTER CARD / LC at Sight. Please e-mail us at info@bmiglobal.com and we shall provide you with our Bank Details for TT / Opening LC.

You need to give us drawing of the Optional Tool you require or details of your Job or the drawing of your work piece on which we will design a Tool for you. Once you approve the drawing and make the Advance payment for the tool, we will start to produce the Optional Tool for you and once the tool is ready for shipment, we will send you a Proforma Invoice for the balance payment. On the receipt of your Payment through TT / VISA / MASTER CARD, we will dispatch the tool to you through reliable source such as Air / Sea Freight.

You may simply need to send us details of the Product which is required by you. Please provide the Product Picture and Part No. for us the Check our Inventory and revert back to you with the Availability of the Product.


DISPATCHES & TRANSPORT

BMI can arrange transport up to final destination if the customers ask for. There is also the possibility for the customer to arrange the shipment themselves with their own agency although in some cases this can turn out to be cheaper.

In most of the countries, there is no problem in doing so, in some countries it is advisable for the customer to arrange the local transport for the ordered machines from the Desired Port by themselves since it would be more economic. Although we will give our full co-operation and make sure the machines are reached safely to the desired port.

Yes, we can send our machines to any country with no exception.

Every parcel or machine is given a tracking number which allows it to be controlled by internet whenever required. Customers can simply log on to the Website of the Forwarding company and check the Delivery and Dispatch details of their Parcels or Containers.


SERVICE & WARRANTY

This warranty covers only the initial purchaser of the product from the date of delivery.

Warranty Comprises of any Manufacturing Defect in the machine.

Warranty Excludes:
   Improper Repair
   Apparent defects caused by abusive or abnormal use of the product.
   Products not assembled, installed or used in compliance with BMI’s product instructions or warnings.
   Failures resulting from inadequate inspection and maintenance.
   The effects of normal usage over time.
   Any damage caused during shipment
   Any damage caused during shipment
   Rust caused by natural elements or high exposure to moisture.
   All Tools, Dies, Blades and Worn out Items.
   Products used for rental purposes.

The Conditional Warranty of Bajaj Machines India is given for a period of 2 years from the date of Purchase.

Within 7 days from the date of Purchase of Machine.

All machines delivered by BMI have got an all-risked insurance (conditions apply) which assumes all expenses in case an incidence occurs. Customers are Free to get the Insurance done for their Purchases by themselves.

You simply need to provide some details such as Machine Model, Date of Purchase, Machine Serial No. and Part No. after which we will check in our Inventory for the part. If the part is readily available we will send you the part through DHL. If the part is not available for ready shipment, we will inform you the lead time to arrange / produce the part after which the same will be sent through DHL at your desired address.

It depends on the spare. All regular Spares take 4 days to get shipped, it would be sent either by DHL or UPS. Sometimes the Part might not be in Stock, in that case we will inform you the date of Part availability after knowing what part or tool is required by the Customer or Distributor also in what Quantity.
